This 2022 Autosleeper Symbol (based on a Fiat Ducato) was fitted with a Brink fixed flange towbar and Right Connections 13 pin dedicated electrics at our premises in Horndean, near Waterlooville, Hampshire.

 

The vehicle specific wiring kit on this camper integrates into the van's systems, maintaining the vehicle warranty.

The wiring kit is carefully routed underneath the vehicle, so there's no need to disturb any of the furniture inside or access the rear lights.

Features of the vehicle specific wiring kit:

 

• Bulb failure monitoring - the trailer indicators are integrated into the vehicle's bulb fail system, alerting the driver to a trailer bulb failure.

• Fog cut-out - the vehicle fog light is deactivated when towing to avoid glare from the fog light reflecting back into the vehicle. 

• Reversing sensor cut-out - factory fitted reversing sensors are automatically deactivated when a trailer or bike rack is plugged in.

 

The owners of this incredible Ducato camper will be using the tow bar for carrying their electric bikes using a Thule bike rack which we also supplied, assembled and demonstrated.
